Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Saipan & US Virgin Islands is effected
in much the same way as it is done in the continental US, by a private
agent (usually process server). However, we also utilize the services of
attorneys on these islands because it is occasionally more reliable to use
a law firm than a process server.

| The fee for service on these islands is
dependent upon location and difficulty. All documents are shipped priority
but not express. If you prefer express shipping to expedite the service a
few days, the service fee will increase. The proof of service will be in
the form of our notarized affidavit in addition to any required local
proof of service forms, unless the local forms require notarization. If
the local form provided by your office requires notarization, this will be
the only affidavit provided. The complete turnaround time is usually 14 to
18 days, but can occasionally take longer. Rush service is also available
for an additional fee.

| If you provide the service address, a quote
for service in a particular area can be obtained at no cost to you.
Service fees will include 3 attempts per defendant address and notarized
affidavit. If service is not effected, a diligence affidavit will be
provided.

| Investigation and search services are also
available. The fee is dependent on the difficulty of the search and the
amount of information provided to initiate the search. Quotes are also
available for these services.
